Acupuncture
An acupuncture appointment includes a thorough intake, assessment, and treatment, as well as possible home care and nutritional advise. Every appointment is tailored specific to each person and may change with each treatment, depending on what the present concerns are. An acupuncture appointment may also include other modalities such as gua sha, cupping, or ear therapy to enhance and extend the benefits of treatment.
Massage Therapy
Every appointment with one of our Registered Massage Therapists includes a thorough interview, assessment, treatment, and self-care instruction. Patients will be provided with the information to help themselves maintain their treatment results, and avoid future injury.
Relaxation Massage (non-RMT)
Relaxation-only massage. Please note that this practitioner is not registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and therefore treatments will not be covered by extended medical benefits.
