Massage Therapy

Every appointment with one of our Registered Massage Therapists includes a thorough interview, assessment, treatment, and self-care instruction. Patients will be provided with the information to help themselves maintain their treatment results, and avoid future injury.


Relaxation Massage (non-RMT)

Relaxation-only massage. Please note that this practitioner is not registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and therefore treatments will not be covered by extended medical benefits.

Isaiah graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in April 2024. Throughout his education, he developed a comprehensive skill set to treat a variety of conditions safely and effectively. Isaiah is dedicated to patient-focused care, emphasizing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. His passion for massage therapy is deeply rooted in his family background, with his father being a long-practicing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a former instructor at WCCMT.

In his free time, Isaiah enjoys immersing himself in nature, often going for long walks and hikes. He also loves creating and hosting events, cherishing the time spent with friends and family.

Melanie has always had a passion for health and fitness, along with the desire to learn more about the complexity of the human body. This led her to enroll in the 2200-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2023.

During her studies, she gained an appreciation of the pain-stress cycle and the importance of implementing movement to facilitate recovery. As an RMT, she aims to support her clients’ physical and mental well-being through relaxation-focused treatments tailored to their needs. Her treatments incorporate various techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching.

Alison has recently moved back to BC from over a decade living both abroad, and in Alberta. She has spent years working in the tourism industry, teaching English as a second language in China, and most recently as a Registered Massage Therapist in Alberta. She has a passion for learning about how the human body works, and the connective nature between our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Having obtained her massage education at Makami College in Edmonton, AB, she has a wide range of knowledge and skills pertaining to massage.

Amanda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria Campus in 2014, the final year of the 3,000-hour program. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016! Amanda’s focus since beginning her health care journey has been to provide patient-centred therapeutic care. Since becoming an RMT, Amanda has expanded her treatment repetoire, completing her first level of Visceral manipulation through The Barral Institute in October 2017 and in 2022 completed a continuing education course for TMJ dysfunction with Scott Larke, RMT. She offers specific techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy Technique, and Visceral Manipulation. Amanda is passionate about providing comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether relaxation, stress reduction, or post-injury rehabilitation, Amanda carefully provides effective and appropriate treatment with follow-up homecare advice.

Jasmine Vickers is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Since graduating in 2013, Jasmine has worked in various settings including spas, a women’s clinic and she even had a practice on Pender Island. These opportunities have given Jasmine a wide range of experiences and have really helped to shape her practice. She enjoys using many modalities including Deep Tissue and relaxation techniques and particularly enjoys using Myofascial Release. Her primary areas of practice also include chronic pain management, orthopedic injuries and stress reduction.

Joseph is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated with distinction from Camosun College’s Centre for Sport & Exercise Education massage therapy program. Joseph holds a BSc in Physical Sciences from the University of Guelph and a JD from Queen’s University.

Joseph employs an active treatment philosophy focusing on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, joint health, neuromuscular function, movement and mobility. Treatments may include assisted stretching, joint play, tractions, movement education, Swedish massage, trigger point and myofascial release. Joseph is trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Zero Balancing and is a registered yoga teacher.

Michelena has an interest in treating headaches, migraines, TMJ dysfunction/ pain, mental health, chronic pain and abdominal conditions. She enjoys incorporating abdominal massage when indicated as it can help relieve symptoms of minor intestinal discomforts, constipation and even help with lowering stress levels. Alana is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. Since beginning her studies of Massage Therapy in 2011, she has developed an interest in treating chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. She also enjoys treating TMJ disfunction, headaches, and has an interest in the effects Massage Therapy can have on mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. She also offers Hot Stone Massage and loves the therapeutic value of this modality.

Her treatment style focuses on relaxing the nervous system while incorporating various massage techniques to reduce tension. She also puts emphasis on the importance of self-care by offering individualized education on stretching, strengthening and postural awareness.
