Massage Therapy
Every appointment with one of our Registered Massage Therapists includes a thorough interview, assessment, treatment, and self-care instruction. Patients will be provided with the information to help themselves maintain their treatment results, and avoid future injury.
Relaxation Massage (non-RMT)
Relaxation-only massage. Please note that this practitioner is not registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and therefore treatments will not be covered by extended medical benefits.
Intern Massage (non-RMT)
A relaxation massage appointment with a student currently studying Massage Therapy. They have not yet graduated, and this service is not covered by insurance. If you have an open ICBC or WorkSafe BC claim, you cannot be treated by an intern.
Owen Matthews

Initially born and raised in small town Saskatchewan, Owen moved to the west coast 10 years ago so he could explore this beautiful part of the world. He became involved in the wellness community for several years before deciding to study massage therapy. He graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December 2020.
Owen is passionate about the field of Massage Therapy and all that it has to offer, whether it be for recovery, maintenance or relaxation. He believes that human touch can have a powerful effect on helping the body to heal from physical and emotional trauma. He incorporates a variety of techniques into his treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilizations.

Alison Piper
Alison has recently moved back to BC from over a decade living both abroad, and in Alberta. She has spent years working in the tourism industry, teaching English as a second language in China, and most recently as a Registered Massage Therapist in Alberta. She has a passion for learning about how the human body works, and the connective nature between our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Having obtained her massage education at Makami College in Edmonton, AB, she has a wide range of knowledge and skills pertaining to massage.

Amanda Godfrey

Amanda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria Campus in 2014, the final year of the 3,000-hour program and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. Amanda’s focus since beginning her health care journey has been to provide therapeutic care using deep tissue work, myofascial release, Trigger Point™ release as well as other techniques she’s acquired during her time as an RMT. Whether the focus is stress reduction, relaxation, or post-injury rehabilitation, she will provide the most effective and appropriate treatment to clients with follow-up homecare exercises. Outside of the office, Amanda participates in many activities, including snowboarding, gym classes, and exploring the great outdoors. Stephen Bramfitt-Reid
Stephen is a recent graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. He will be writing the board exams to become an RMT in Sept 2023.
Stephen has a background in engineering which enabled him to work and travel globally. He is passionate in helping others live their best lives. Stephen focuses on prioritizing the goals of the client and encouraging a mind-body connection in a safe and inclusive environment. He offers Swedish relaxation massage treatments to assist his clients in achieving their goals. He particularly enjoys giving full body treatments and loves working on backs, shoulders and necks. Each treatment is adjusted to meet the clients’ needs and pressure can be modified.

Laura Hale RMT
Laura enjoys the broad scope of practice massage can offer. From working with acute or chronic soft-tissue and musculoskeletal injuries, to working with patients with the purpose of decreasing anxiety and increasing quality of life.
To this end, she emphasizes preventative care and uses an integrative approach with all her patients. This is done by combining massage therapy with therapeutic exercise, as well as customized home care instructions based on each individual’s needs. This approach recognizes immediate and long-term health care goals for all her patients.
Furthermore, Laura’s treatments take place in a safe and body-positive space. Body shape, size, amputations, scars, injuries, orientation, and gender identity should not prevent anyone from seeking treatment.

Michelena graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2021. Her passion for helping people is one of the many reasons she has pursued a career in massage therapy. Michelena’s time in school taught her the skills to treat a variety of conditions. Michelena has an interest in treating headaches, migraines, stress reduction, chronic pain and pre/post natal. Holly is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her passion for massage and helping people began at just four years old. At family events, Holly would be found in her room giving family members massages for just 25 cents each.
Throughout the program, she discovered her interest in pre and post natal treatments. She finds the work with new and expecting care givers extremely rewarding.

Ms. Jasmine Vickers RMT
Jasmine Vickers is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Since graduating in 2013, Jasmine has worked in various settings including spas, a women’s clinic and she even had a practice on Pender Island. These opportunities have given Jasmine a wide range of experiences and have really helped to shape her practice. Joseph is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated with distinction from Camosun College’s Centre for Sport & Exercise Education massage therapy program. Joseph holds a BSc in Physical Sciences from the University of Guelph and a JD from Queen’s University.

Alana Erkelens RMT
Alana is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. Since beginning her studies of Massage Therapy in 2011, she has developed an interest in treating chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
